Jasmine Tsai

I'm Jasmine, currently the Head of Engineering at Mux, a developer-focused, API-oriented video platform. I was previously a Director of Engineering at Clover Health, where I spent most of my time shaping data as a discipline and building resilient teams through hypergrowth.

Some of my biggest guiding values for life and work are curiosity, kindness, tenacity, and hard work. I admire people who are balanced: those who are fearless in what they pursue but also know who they are outside of work.
